Kisangani/Esu: Perturbation des activités académiques a l’Istm-Kisangani, les étudiants manifestent contre le frais académique.

Les activités académiques sont perturbées ce lundi 05 février 2024 à l’Institut supérieur dev techniques medicales Istm-Kisangani.
Les étudiants de cette institution sont descendus dans la rue pour protester contre le frais academiques 2023-2024.
Frais fixés à 333 dollars américains. Les étudiants manifestant estiment d’exorbitant ces frais à payer au taux du jour.


Ils ont barricadé la route menant à l’hôpital général à la hauteur de leur institution.
Ce mouvement n’a duré que quelques minutes. Les manifestants ont été dispersés par les éléments de sécurité de cette institution constitués des sportifs des arts martiaux.
Contacté, le directeur général de l’Istm-Kisangani, le professeur Isetcha Tawiti précise que ces frais sont fixés conformément aux instructions du ministre de tutelle contenues dans l’instruction 025. Comparer aux frais fixés par les autres institutions de la place, celui de l’Istm est inférieur. Pourtant l’Istm Kisangani organisé plusieurs stages au cours d’ une année académique, déclare le prof Isetcha Tawiti.
Et de poursuivre que le comité de gestion n’a pas appliqué à la lettre les instructions du ministre de l’enseignement supérieur et universitaire qui exige que les étudiants de L1 Lmd paient la totalité des frais à l’inscription.
Tenant compte du pouvoir d’achat de la population, l’Istm Kisangani le fait payer en trois tranches.
Malgré le refus du ministre de négocier les frais academiques avec les étudiants , le comité de gestion avait remis le document à la coordination des étudiants pour l’analyser avant de le fixer et l’afficher aux valves ce samedi 03 février 2024..
Et au directeur général de l’Istm Kisangani de conclure que les mobiles de la manifestation de ces étudiants sont ailleurs.
