Après les associations féminines et les organisations savantes de la Tshopo de présenter leurs félicitions au ministre de l’enseignement supérieur et universitaire, c’est le tour ce lundi 03 juin 2024, du peuple Topoke réuni au sein de l’association Isonga Songa Topoke de remercier le chef de l’Etat, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi, pour avoir élevé sa fille, la professeure Marie Thérèse Safi Sombo au rang de ministre de l’Esu.
Dans son message de félicitations lu à la presse en son siège au quartier Bambole dans la commune de Mangobo, l’association Isonga Songa Topoke, déclare que la nomination de sa fille à ce poste n’est pas un fait du hasard; le chef de l’État a tenu compte de ses capacités intellectuelles avérées, son savoir- faire et son savoir-être.
La communauté Topoke rassure à sa fille qu’elle va la soutenir et l’accompagner durant tout son mandat à la tête du ministère de l’enseignement supérieur et universitaire Esu et croit qu’elle va relever les défis qui l’attendent dans ce secteur.
A cet effet, le peuple Topoke, implore l’Éternel Dieu Tout Puissant de comble sa fille de la sagesse et de l’intelligence durant son mandat.
Ce message de félicitations porte la signature de son président national l’ingénieur François Bassay Ba Loimba.
