L’inter Fédération du parti politique convention fédérale du Congo CFC Tshopo, monte au créneau pour dénoncer l’arrestation depuis le 25 mai 2024 de son autorité morale, James Kenda Odu.
Plus d’un mois après, sa femme, ses enfants, sa famille et ses proches, personne ne connait le lieu de sa detention moins encore les motifs de son arrestation.
Au cours d’un point de presse, ce jeudi 04 juillet 2024, l’inter fédéral de la Tshopo, Gabriel Isaula, pense que James Kenda Odu est victime de son combat et détermination d’accompagner le chef de l’Etat dans sa politique de réduction du taux de chômage de la jeunesse.
Étant donné que leur autorité morale, en plus de sa qualité d’acteur politique, est avant tout opérateur économique du secteur pétrolier où son entreprise implantée dans la grande Orientale, emploie plusieurs jeunes.
Selon ce cadre provincial, l’arrestation de ce digne fils de l’espace grande Orientale serait l’œuvre des ennemis du développement de la RDC et par ricochet les ennemis du chef de l’Etat.
Gabriel Isaula, qualifie cette arrestation d’arbitraire.
Une arrestation qui viole les dispositions de l’article 28 de la constitution du 18 février 2006.
Disposition qui donne droit à la personne arrêtée d’être informée des motifs qui lui sont reprochés, droit a sa famille et ses proches d’être infomer du lieu de la détention de leur frère mais aussi cette disposition fixe la durée de garde à vue.
Au regard de cette violation de loi, les cadres et militants de la CFC Tshopo réclament la libération sans condition de leur autorité morale. cela sans autre forme de procès.
Par la même occasion, ils demandent que soit infligé des sanctions contre les bourreaux de leur autorité morale.
Ces cadres et militants promettent de mener des actions de grandes envergures dans le respect de la constitution , dans les jours avenirs si leur autorité morale n’est pas libérée.
Notons que la convention fédérale du Congo est un parti membre de l’union sacrée pour la nation. Un des rares partis politiques fondés par un fils de l’espace grande Orientale.
