La jeunesse de la Tshopo , cadre fédérateur de plate forme des organisations de jeunes, réitère sa demande d’annuler les élections du gouverneur et vice gouverneur du 29 Avril 2024 dans la province de la Tshopo.
Cela après l’avis du ministère public en l’audience du vendredi 11 mai 2024 à la cour d’appel de la Tshopo, qui siégeait en contestation des résultats des élections de gouverneur et vice gouverneur dans la Tshopo.
Le ministère public avait demandé à la cour d’annuler ces élections pour irrégularités de fraudes et actes de corruption.
Par conséquent, il demande à la CENI d’organiser d’autres élections.
Dans une déclaration lue ce dimanche 13 mai 2024 au beach de la mission Saint Gabriel à Simi Simi, la jeunesse de la Tshopo demande aux juges de la cour d’appel de s’aligner derrière l’avis du ministère public, c’est-à-dire annuler ces élections, qu’elle juge de chaotique.
Cette jeunesse de la Tshopo demande aussi à la cour d’appel d’ouvrir des enquêtes sur les finances usées par le gouverneur élu Paulin Lendengolia Lebabonga.
Cette jeunesse soupçonne que, le fonds ayant servi à corrompre les députés serait provenu soit de la caisse de l’état ou soit du réseau maffieux du terrorisme ou financement du terrorisme masqué.
La jeunesse de la Tshopo veut voir claire sur l’origine de fonds utilisé par le gouverneur Paulin Lendengolia alors gouverneur à l’intérim pour battre campagne.
Pour rappel, en date du 07 mai dernier, cette jeunesse, dans une déclaration lue devant la presse, avait demandé au chef de l’Etat d’annuler ces élections, pour cause de fraude et corruption à ciel ouvert.
