Désormais les professeurs des institutions publiques de l’enseignement supérieur et universitaire de la Tshopo sont couverts par l’assurance prévoyance et obsèques des professeurs au sein l’agence Activa vie RDC basée à Goma. Il s’agit de l’assurance en cas du décès ou d’invalidité du professeur.
Cette nouvelle a été portée aux professeurs de la province de la Tshopo à travers ceux de Kisangani ce vendredi au cours d’une séance d’explication tenue à la faculté des sciences de l’université de Kisangani.
Selon le directeur région d’Activa vie RDC, Georges Mukadi Kazadi, en cas du décès d’un professeur, l’assureur va remettre à sa famille, une garantie de 7.000$ et au cas où le prof est frappé d’une invalidité, il bénéficiera d’une enveloppe de 5000$.
Les professeurs ne vont contribuer aucun rond.
Tous ces frais sont pris en charge par l’Etat Congolais.
Cette initiative est la vision du chef de l’Etat. Elle vise à alléger tant soit peu le social des enseignants de la RDC fait savoir le professeur Franck Nyongolo Ngandu de l’université de Kinshasa qui accompagne l’assureur.
Il ne sera plus question, en cas du décès d’un professeur de faire de faire trainer don corps à la morgue en attendant de réunir les moyens pour organiser son inhumation, se réjouit le prof Franck Nyongolo Ngandu.
Et d’annoncer, l’arriver d’un autre assureur qui, lui, va s’occuper de la santé.
A Kinshasa, nous bénéficions déjà de cette assurance maladie, quand nous tombons malades ma femme et moi, sommes pris en charge par l’assureur, témoigne ce professeur de l’université de Kinshasa.
L’adhésion à ces assurances sont gratuites, il est tout simplement aux professeurs de remplir individuellement la fiche d’adhésion.
Pour le cas d’Activa, après le départ du directeur région, une équipe sera implanter à Kisangani pour recueillir les fiches d’adhésion de retardataires.
